Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (here in after referred
to as “the law”), BOTCRATIC, establishes this Privacy Notice in accordance with the

1.- The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to protect the personal data of customers,
employees and any person who provides any document of a personal nature, through its
legitimate controlled and informed treatment in order to guarantee their privacy, as well as
their right to informational self-determination.

Municipal) which, by court order, may request them.
5.- The temporality of the handling of the Personal Data will be indefinite from the date on

consider it appropriate, with the limitations of Law; in case the opposition request is
appropriate BOTCRATIC will stop handling your Personal Data without any responsibility

way, it is obliged to comply with the principles of the legality, consent, information, quality,
purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility protected by the Law; therefore, based on
articles 13 and 14 of the Law BOTCRATIC undertakes to keep personal data strictly
confidential, as well as to maintain the administrative, technical and physical security
measures to protect them against any damage, loss, alteration, access or unauthorized
processing.
7.- In terms of the provisions of Article 22 of the Law, you have the right at any time to
exercise your rigths of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of
personal data, by means of a request via email to www.botcratic.com, request that must
contain the requirements set forth in the Law.
8.- BOTCRATIC will protect the Personal Data in its possession under the terms of the Law,
an will communicate the elements contained in the fractions of article 16 of the Law.
9.- Any changes made to this Privacy Notice, will be communicated inmediately, via email
that the interested party provides to BOTCRATIC.
10.- Providing any personal data is a fact that presumes full acceptance of the contents of
this Privacy Notice. Nevertheless, it is requested to subscribe in conformity to the present
